Well the ridge back voyage my new bike has arrived and is at Elmys cycles being modified. Bottle cages, new pedals etc .
Plus I have finally lost the plot and am seriously thinking about doing the Dunwich Dynamo on the night/morning of 4 & 5th July http://www.londonschoolofcycling.co.uk/dunwich.html yes overnight leaving London Fields in Hackney about 21.00 and arriving Dunwich Suffolk Coast about 07.30 next day !!

Mid Summer Madness more than Moment of Madness
On the 11th July I will get of the overnight sleeper in Penzance cycle to Lands End then head north . 10 days alter and about a 1000 miles I will reach John O'Groats I will be tweeting all the way and if I can find the right device blogging to. A mere 100 miles a day for ten days
Its all for a bit of a challenge and to raise cash for the Motor Neurone Disease association . Phil part time super hero like myself (not) is my partner in crime follow the adventure on this special blog http://momlejog.blogspot.com/
and if you cant give us some cash using widget on the blog or at http://www.justgiving.com/andyblack1
Now I know its not big or clever but it should be a bit of challenge .
This quote best describes the feelings around the whole venture
Words from the 24 hours of Moab
"Somewhere during the ride you will hear a voice say, "Why am I doing this? I am
never doing this again!" Look forward to this voice. Welcome it. Laugh
at it. Embrace it. Look forward to hearing it again next year. Just
know that it will come and that you will ride past it and be stronger
when it fades into the shadows."
-- Chris Tirpak, 4x Sufferer of Canaan and Moab
I've heard those voices and learnt to laugh oh so loud at them for"
